Frontal and lateral profile photos + a short voice recording yield an AI-powered, contactless and device-independent assessment of biological age, longevity score, metabolic risk and 18+ parameters.
Longevity & Metabolic Assessment — Longevity Analysis (Odiosoft Face Analysis) is an AI-powered, contactless digital health assessment platform that combines frontal and lateral profile photos with a short voice recording to produce biological age, overall longevity score and a metabolic risk profile. While a metabolic and functional profile is derived from the face image, the acoustic properties of voice yield neurological, respiratory and autonomic nervous-system indicators.
Subtle structural and tissue changes in the face (skin hydration, elasticity loss, oxidative stress, periorbital signs, jawline/neck) and lateral-profile anatomical landmarks (cervical angle, hyoid position, retrognathia) are well-documented visual biomarkers of longevity and metabolic health. The system quantifies these signatures through image processing and large language model (LLM) inference.
The platform combines image processing with multimodal large language model inference. Frontal and lateral profile images are sent to a vision-LLM together with the patient's demographic data; the voice recording is processed in real time in the browser to extract acoustic features (F0, jitter, shimmer, HNR) and interpret them clinically.
The analysis provides multi-layered parameters across frontal, lateral and voice-biomarker groups. Each parameter is reported as percentage (0-100), description and severity; the overall longevity score and biological-age estimate are weighted derivatives.
The voice biomarker module extracts acoustic features — fundamental frequency (F0), jitter (period variability), shimmer (amplitude variability) and HNR (harmonics-to-noise ratio) — from a short voice recording to produce neurological, respiratory and autonomic indicators. These features are well documented in the voice-based health-biomarker literature.
As a screening and pre-triage tool, the platform supports clinical workflows. The longevity score and metabolic-risk mapping provide the physician with structured, reproducible and comparable data. The final diagnosis and treatment decision always belongs to the specialist physician.
The software-centric architecture aligns with EU carbon-reduction and ESG goals. Hardware independence brings medical-consumable use close to zero and reduces the carbon footprint from patients' physical travel through tele-health.
The following studies establish the clinical validity of face-based longevity/metabolic biomarkers and voice acoustic biomarkers. Longevity Analysis is inspired by this literature; it is not a replacement for it.
